If the product isn't as described, doesn't work as intended, or isn't the right fit for your needs, email us at hello@templgate.com within 30 days of purchase with a short description of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right — and if we can't, we'll arrange a refund.

• Your order or receipt number
• A brief reason for the request

We review every request individually rather than offering automatic refunds, so reaching out first is the fastest way to resolve any issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
